Smaller clocks are shipped quickly and reliably with DHL. Large clocks such as grandfather clocks are delivered particularly securely by freight forwarder, for example with Dachser or Schenker.

For grandfather clocks and regulators with a value of 1,500 € or more, we offer a free assembly service. The clock is professionally assembled and set directly on site.

You can return your order within 100 days. The prerequisite is that the goods are received by us undamaged, complete and in their original packaging.

The customer organizes and pays for the return shipping themselves. If the goods are delivered damaged or there is a defect, we will of course take care of the return and a quick solution.
