The warranty covers movement problems caused by material and manufacturing defects. Proper use of the clock is important. In the event of a warranty claim, we will carefully inspect the clock and, together with the manufacturer or authorized service partners, ensure a quick and straightforward solution.

Excluded from the warranty are, in particular, wear and tear parts, damage due to improper handling, external influences, transport damage, batteries, and interventions or repairs by unauthorized third parties. Also excluded are optical changes to the casing, such as the darkening of wooden clocks.
