Do you offer an assembly service?
Yes. We offer a free setup service for grandfather clocks, table clocks, and regulators with a value of €1,500 or more.
The clock will be professionally set up and adjusted on site at your location.
How is delivery made?
We ship smaller clocks quickly and reliably with DHL.
We deliver larger clocks, such as grandfather clocks, safely by freight forwarder (e.g., Dachser or Schenker) directly to your home.
When do I have to pay?
For clocks that we deliver ourselves, we offer you maximum security:
You only pay upon receipt of the goods.
For grandfather clocks or regulators, payment is conveniently made after delivery or directly after setup.
This way, you take no risk when ordering high-quality clocks.
For all other clocks, we offer various payment options that you can individually select during the order process.
