Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Standuhren.com online shop in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating customer terms and conditions do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to their validity in text form.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
AstraVendor UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Am Buddenbach 2
49205 Hasbergen
Germany
Email: service@standuhren.com
Managing Director: Michael Schmidt
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By completing the order process and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. The contract is only concluded when we accept your order through an explicit order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.
The order confirmation alone does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract offer, unless acceptance is expressly declared therein.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices quoted are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable. Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
The available payment methods will be displayed to the customer in the online shop and no later than at checkout. Depending on the selected payment method, the charge will be made immediately upon conclusion of the contract or according to the terms of the respective payment service provider.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer during the order process.
Delivery times will be indicated, where possible, on the respective product pages or during the order process. If an item is temporarily unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform the customer immediately.
We deliver within Germany and to other countries, if offered in the online shop.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details on the right of withdrawal and the sample withdrawal form can be found in the separate withdrawal policy on our website.
8. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the delivery person, if possible, and communicated to us without delay. The statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
Damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications to the goods are excluded from the warranty, unless otherwise legally mandated.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
Liability under the Product Liability Act and in other cases of mandatory statutory liability also remains unaffected.
In the event of slight negligence violating essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for the typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfillment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose observance the customer can regularly rely.
In all other respects, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
10. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our data protection policy.
11. Customer Account
If we offer the creation of a customer account, customers are obliged to treat their access data confidentially and protect it from third-party access.
We reserve the right to block or delete customer accounts after due examination in case of false information, misuse, or violations of these General Terms and Conditions. There is no entitlement to the creation or permanent availability of a customer account.
12. Vouchers and Discount Promotions
Vouchers and discount promotions may be limited in time, subject matter, or to specific products or categories. Details can be found in the respective promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Cash payment, subsequent crediting, or combination with other promotions is excluded, unless otherwise stated.
13. Dispute Resolution
The European platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on July 20, 2025, and is no longer available.
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as long as no mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations oppose this.
15. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
